Coaching is an honor and a privilege, one that we don’t take lightly. As one of the most influential people in a young person’s life, we are dedicated to our craft and only want to welcome those equally motivated to our mission.
It is our job to train, lead, respect and push our participants. Furthermore, we hold parent communication and support with high regard and do our best to provide a rewarding experience for all involved.

Coaching Terms

Training coaches train roughly from December/ January until April

Travel coaches train roughly from December until June
Coaching Requirements
All coaches are required to:
- Pass a background check
- Interview
- Attend coach training
- Sign the coaching contract
